Moods Of the Northwest

I have lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 2 decades and am blown away with the sheer brilliance of the colors around me. While most see the skies deary and grey, I think of the beauty it brings along with it. Visions of tiny red blooms in the green moss, the different dramatic colors of the sky during every season, from the dramatic cherry blossom blooms to the majestic mountains that surround us. Each is a vision apart. 

I started this series in 2010 and a decade later I still get influenced and paint a canvas or a few a year.
